Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake

Cool, luscious, frothy Oreo milkshake. This milkshake is a quick blend of oreo cookies, vanilla ice cream , milk and topped with whipped cream.

You can whip up your own frothy creamy treat right in your home with this easy recipe. With the children being on summer holidays this oreo vanilla ice cream milkshake will make a wonderful treat for them and is perfect drink during the hot weather. A twist to the classic cookies and milk treat.


Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake

Add your own twist to this milkshake by replacing a little of the milk for vodka or irish cream for a boozy adult dessert.

Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake
Yield: 1 - 2 glasses( dependent of size of glass)
Total Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

5 oreo cookies
100g (1 cup) vanilla ice cream
60 -120ml (1/4 -1/2 cup) milk
whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place oreo cookies , ice cream  and 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk in a blender and blend  until smooth. Add more milk if required until your shake has your preferred thickness.
  2. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass top with whipped cream and garnish with oreo cookies
